Ready for recovery

We had temp problems with one of the DL380 G3 scsi disk. Now all disks seems ok, but still the recovery will not start. Have we missed something?

Re: Ready for recovery

The ADU report shows the Drive at Port 2 SCSI ID 5 has lot many errors and this looks to be the fault of the logical drive not rebuilding.

I would prefer taking a complete backup, replace drive and recreate.

Also the firmware for the drive needs an update.

Re: Ready for recovery

Actually the errors might logged by the drive with SCSI ID 5 _because_ of outdated firmware (which may be bugged). Also the controller firmware itself needs an upgrade to, he current version is 2.62.

Yes,Should try update the firmware for the drive and controller first and then check
