Redhat linux CD not found.

Ok so I got Redhat 9 to start the instal process by using "linux mem=exactmap mem=640K@0 mem=255M@1M." but now im stuck on a screen that says "the redhat linux cd was not found in any of your cdrom drives. please insert the redhat linux cd and press ok to retry." the problem is that the cd is in the cdrom drive. I dont know if its having a problem because the cdrom is SCSI or what.

See this forum - this problem has been discussed many times http://us-support2.external.hp.com/emse/bin/doc.pl/emse/bin/doc.pl/distrib_redir=1+1090477783|*?rn=25&source=7000&hpl=1&from=forums&searchcategory=ALL&todo=search&origin=0&wpa=forums1.itrc.hp.com%3A80&searchcriteria=allwords&searchtext=redhat+9+proliant+cdrom&esc=us-support2.external.hp.com&chkServStor=on&presort=rank, for example http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=218824

IMHO, you should take supported RHEL 2.1 or 3.0 instead of unsupported RHL9
