Server reboot every Wednesday at 6am

Hi
I an experincing a strange error. I have a Proliant GL380 G3 server with telephony cards Dialogig, for some other reason every Wednesday at 6am the server reboots there are no error logs. i even sat up and watch the server goes down please help.

Check your scheduled tasks - maybe you have some task on this time.
Check you backup and antivirus scheduling as well, for example, maybe you have antivirus scan defined every Wednesday at 6am....

Take a look if you have any problem with agents, settings and survey as it runs every W at 6:00 something corrupted, policy, registry, utility, incorrectly installed â ¦

Do you by any chance have UPS monitoring software such as APC's PowerChute running? Several of these packages can be set to schedule power down & power up by time in addition to just the orderly shutdown of the system in case of power failure.

Sorry I forgot to tell you I never did the install of the O/S or any server configuration the customer insisted they do the install we specialise in telephony maybe you heard of it CIC product from I3 INTERACTIVE INTELLEGENCE and HP server's is not really recommended ,we install on ALLIANCE SERVERS AND WE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM.
