System Event ID: 1163

Recently I have been seeing a new System event on multiple servers. It is a warning in the system log noted as Event ID: 1163 and it lists Compaq Threshold Agent Falling Threshold passed. SNMP Trap 10006 in CPQTHRSH.MIB. If anybody can help on this issue it would be great.
