System Management Homepage: No Items, how to fix this error?

Hello all!

I installed the System Management Homepage on a server this way: 

http://www.tricksguide.com/install-and-configure-hp-system-management-homepage-hp-sm.html

Normally it should work but after login on the main page I get only:

Overall Status Summary: No items

How to fix this error?

Changing the SNMP-Service doesn't affect anything. Still getting "no items".

Can anyone help?

Perhaps it's the wrong version like http://serverfault.com/questions/268182/hp-systems-management-homepage-not-working-after-upgrade ?

I think HP is programming bad, no troubleshouting information available so far ;/ And it's not downloadable anymore. HP: Bad bad support..

What's the server model?

What's the OS version?

What's the SMH version?

What's the management agent version?

However, did you install the SPP from here?

what i recommande to you is to install the SPP :

Or

• you can also installe only SMH 
• configure the SNMP

what is the version of SMH installed in the server ?

Did you try with previous version?
