Systems Insight DIsplay problem on DL380 G5

Hey,
I just got a new Proliant DL380 G5 server, I installed it and everything but the systems insight display panel doesn't seem to work.
none of the leds light up.
Can anyone tell me if there is a problem with it or is there a special way of activating it.

Hello Dan.

That display only light up when the server detects a problem, during the normal operation of the server and without errors detected all the LED's will remain Off.
