Teaming NIC's
I have a ML530 that has dual Compaq gig nic's. I want to team (balance) these nic's. I have tried to use NFT.NLM. I can't seem to get it working. Has anyone setup teaming nic's with Netware5.1?

Re: Teaming NIC's
download sp15328.exe (These really are Netware Server Drivers despite what the softpaq says.)
Use CPQANS.LAN as the teaming driver because it replaced NFT.NLM
Basically you load N1000 against both your adapters. (set frame-type,etc)
Load CPQANS.LAN MODE=ALB FRAME=xxxx
Bind CPQANS N1000 (Do it twice to bind both adapters.
Load CPQANS COMMIT
BIND IP CPQANS address=xxxxxx, etc
or BIND IPX NET=xxx, etc.
If you download sp13948.exe, the docs are there that explain this.
It works, been using it for 8 months now.
