USB Key Utility 1.7 never finds any USB keys
I've tried repeatedly to install the latest SPP, but the HP USB Key Utility 1.7 never finds any USB keys. The USB Key Drive letter dropdown is always blank. I have a 4GB USB key inserted with SPP2012060B on it. I can display directories of it and run files from it, but the utility can't find it.
Anyone else have this problem? This on a DL585 G2, Windows 2003 x64, but I've had the same problems on every other machine except an old Lenovo ThinkPad T60.
