Version Control Repository Manager

Hi, I am having a little trouble with the Version Control Repository Manager.

I go to the Options page and set the VCDB location to C:\Program Files\HP\Insight Manager 7 SP2\VCDB\ and rescan and no catalog ever shows up... I can't figure out why... I've copied all the files from the VER_INFO directory on the management CD to C:\Program Files\HP\Insight Manager 7 SP2\VCDB\ to no avail....
