No, the data disk. I always use 2 partitions on my server : One for OS (36Go raid 1+0) and one for DAta, software, others ... (Raid 5)
This way, we never need more place on the OS Disk.

Unfortunatly I only have one partition.

Since you only have one volume and your system partition is on it you will need to boot off of an .iso or CD with an OS on it that will enable you to have exclusive access to the drive. Once you have the OS in memory, yous should be able to run diskpart and extend the volume.
I use BartPE, a stripped down windows kernel with many additional tools and utilities.
