Warranty lookup for Smart Array 221 Controller

How do I look up warranty info on the Smart Array 221 Controller card?
I want to use http://h71025.www7.hp.com/support/warranty_upgrades/index.asp? (which is very successful for ProLiant servers & SCSI drives) but can't seem to successfully guess what the official product number is for the SA221 card.

Hello Ken,
This is an add on Smart Array controller and if you bought it with the server then you should have the proof of purchase which should indicate the controller on the invoice. Normally the warranty is covered with the server you purchased it with. If you bought it separately then your invoice is your proof. The Official P/N for SA221 is 400546-001 and the Options part no. is 388099-B21.
Unfortunately you cannot use the link for the warranty of an add on controller.
