disabling processors

How can I disable the 2nd processor of the server so
I won't encounter any errors when installing Netware 5?

You shouldn't have errors installing netware 5.x to a multiprocessor system - Netware detects the 2nd processor and installs the correct modules. You could go into F10 Setup and disable the 2nd processor there if you really feel necessary to do so.
