how to start a server with one processor?

For the test I need to run the server with one processor. How to do this? HP Prolian DL380 Gen10 Server. When I pull out the processor, the power is not supplied. Can be pull out memory modules?

Does this model use a separate, removable VRM module?  In the past, with older systems, I had to remove the VRM any time I removed a proc.
