This patch has also fixed my event log flooding with the above eror message on my Proliant ML160 G6. thank you.

DL180G6, The situation with updated bios Version: 2009.07.28 (17 Aug 2009) has not improved, what it is possible to make still?
Flooding systems proceeds :(

Bios updated but still flooding.
Sensor 9b is missing. Reading Flags = 40
No case opened

Call HP support and open up a case with them, then let me have the case number.

same problem here:

brand new DL180, hpqmgmt is flooding the event log with "Sensor 9b is missing. Reading Flags = 40" with about one message per minute.

I also tried the reccomended update 2009.07.28, but this didn't fix it.

what can I do? thanks for your answers!
