no video with video card SIS6326

I have install a video card SIS6326 on my server and when I reboot, my video card is not found at every time. I must power down the server and wait few minutes before the server boot correctly. Why.

A) it could be the onboard video doing it to you..try disabling it (switch one) on the maintanance switch on the system board.. (6 bank dip switch)
B) it could be windows 95..this system isnt designed for non server OS's..how the OS handles the hardware with anything other than NT server, 2000 server, the unix's or Novell is untested
