online replacing of PL6500 power supply
One of the power supplies of my PL6500 server failed, and I replaced it with a new one. Right now, although the fan of the replaced power supply is cooling, and the LEDs of the power supply are both ON, I still not see the power supply online from CIM. The new power supply has been detected by the system, and I see it present in the CIM, but nothing else. Seril number, model, capacity used is empty...
Do I need to restart the server to have the replaced power supply online ?

Have you shut down and restarted Insight Manager since installing the new PSU?
