CSB-6 ULTRA ATA-100, ERROR when HDD used more than 132 GB

Hi,
In HP Website its listed my exact problem and have fix for it which is as follows, but problem turns to disk not available.

http://www4.itrc.hp.com/service/cki/docDisplay.do?docLocale=en_US&admit=-938907319+1135083085866+28353475&docId=200000081072901

ROM update ver 2005.08.01 and
HP ProLiant CSB-6 ATA-100 IDE RAID Driver for Windows 2000/Server 2003
version 4.2.0805.2005

The question is when I insall the mentioned ROM VER and restart then installed CSB-6 ATA-100 IDE RAID DRIVER which is IDE raid driver and reboot the system, I am unable to see the drive, in our case 600GB drive (RAID 0)2x300GB.
I have follwed the instruction but in windows disk management i can see the HDD with red cross and when i right click and say re-activate nothing happens.
when i roll back to driver version 4.1.730.2003 then i can see the drive, but when i try to read write, i get lot of disk error in the event viewer, event ID 11: and server hangs. "THE DRIVER DETECTED CONTROLLER ERROR ON DEVICE\HARDDISK0"

Appreciate your advice how to fix
Regards..

Re: CSB-6 ULTRA ATA-100, ERROR when HDD used more than 132 GB

I have a similar problem at the moment. I have updated the BIOS and the driver using the package found here: http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/23545.html?jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN

The problem is that the download at that address has the wrong .inf file included (it is an earlier version). Can someone please update that file? I am getting "disk" errors appearing in the server system event log regarding a hard disk delayed write due to the array. I think this is related to the incorrect driver as the array is 250gb.

Thanks a lot for your help.

I am still having this exact problem. I have been told by HP support that a new driver is coming, however this is not acceptable because my server is currently inactive. Can someone please help? Thanks!
