Integrated Management Log

I understand that this is the Business Support forum.  Is this where I would ask a question about the Integrated Management Log feature that is built into the Proliant server series?  If not, can you direct me to the correct forum?

I'm trying to find out how to get the "Integrated" log to integrate with the standard Windows Event log.  I have only seen references to relaying emails for notification, but quite often monitoring systems need to draw information from the standard Windows Event logs and on top of that, relay servers may not be available within the environment being monitored.
