Modular PDU ControlUnit EO4504

Hello!
We have a "Modular PDU ControlUnit EO4504".

There is a constantly glowing red light beside the on/off switches for the extension leads.

What does this mean? Only a control-lamp for status "running"?

Does somebody have a manual for this unit?
