NetServer E 800 Large Hard Drive

I have a NetServer E 800 that I've added a new 250 GB hard drive to. However, the server will only see 128 GB of the drive. I've tried updating the BIOS to the lastest version which normally fixes this problem but that didn't work.

Is there any other way to get the server to see the entire drive? The hard drive is an IDE Western Digital Caviar SE.
