Power supply ESP114 192147-001 / 192201-001

I have "inherited" 6 racks of spare server parts from one of our former techs which included 10+ ESP114 power supplies. Does anyone know of a way that I can bench test these so I know which are good and which need to be tossed? I can power them up but have no idea what to jump to get them out of stand-by mode so I can test the voltages. Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.
