Second COM port to ML-350 trouble

Attempt to attach second com port with modem to server was unfortunately. Standart RS-232 pinout is:
2- RXD
3- TXD
...
5- GND, etc...
What's for ML-350? Or need special cable, anything else?
P.S. In BIOS addition port is enabled.
