Teaming Problem (CPQTEAM.SYS )
My event log always shows the folloing messages:
Warning Event 1123
The node lost communication with cluster node 'VSP02' on network 'Public'.
Warning Event 1126
The interface for cluster node 'VSP02' on network 'Public' is unreachable by at least one other cluster node attached to the network...
Warning Event 1126
The interface for cluster node 'VSP01' on network 'Public' is unreachable by at least one other cluster node ...
Warning Event 1130
Cluster network 'Public' is down. None of the available nodes can communicate using this network...
Information Event 1122
The node (re)established communication with cluster node 'VSP02' on network 'Public'.
Warning Event 213
Replication of license information failed because the License Logging Service on server \\VSDC could not be contacted.
The Teaming configuration is set as below:
Team Type Selection : Automatic
Transmit Load Balancing Method: Automatic
Network Adapters are:
-- HP NC7170 Dual Gigabit Server Adapter Driver 8.6.11.0
-- HP NC3134 Fast Ethernet NIC Driver 8.0.21.0
-- CPQTEAM.SYS (Driver 8.20.0.0)
Can anybody tell me what happen of my system? Doesn't the driver support the heartbeat? or my setting has problem?

This is a tricky one:
Few things:
- Possible Failed hard drive and background parity initializing is queued. (Drive is rebuilding)
- Locked port on the switch (port security)
- Network cable or port on the nics is damaged and cable could be loose.
- Make sure that the drivers for nics and teaming is same revision;
Not sure if this is windows 2000/2003
But here are the latest drivers.
Remember before upgrading or installing the Teaming utility; make sure you dissolve the team; or even uninstall it first. â can do this from network property local area connections.
