dl385 with a intel pro1000/quad card is not recognized in slot 3

dl385 with a intel pro1000/quad card is not recognized in slot 3

I have a dl385 with an intel pro/1000 quard card.
The quad card with is a pci/x card is not recognized when I put this card in slot 3.

In slot 1 and 2 the card works finw, but probably
not on 133Mhz.

Any ideas what could be wrong ?
