only one proc is see by windows
I have a compaq proliant 2500 with 2 proc pentium pro 200, the bios see the 2 pentium pro at 200 MHz but on windows 2003 or XP the system see only 1 processor. I test press F5 during the installation for choose SMP multiprocessoring but windows always see only one processor.

Re: only one proc is see by windows
Where are you seeing only a single CPU in windows ?
If its My computer, properties - this is normal.
Better to check Control Panel, System, Hardware Devices, then Devices, Computer and it should say MPS Multiprocessor CPU
