Could not connect to SMTP host...

Could not connect to SMTP host...

The email notification task was run, but i have the error:
"Could not connect to SMTP host: xxxx, port: 25; nested exception is: java.net.SocketException: Connection aborted by peer: connect".
SNMP Service is OK and Traaps to.

I do believe your SNMP is doing fine. It's your mail host (SMTP) that seems to refuse your connection. Check its security settings.

That's what I mean. Does it allow SMTP ? Or does it to resolve the sending IP address, and stuff like that.

Find the Problem. It is the AntiVirus McAfee v8.0. on the Insight Manager Server. This Block all Connections on Port 25. Now it Works.

If you go into "avonsbeauty.com", you'll see that when you click on my host and domain, you'll get an error message. "Host SMTP failed POP3 default" What do I need to do? Thank you. Lydia Rodriguez
