Cannot run Online Analysis and Configuration in PMP
We are trying to deploy Performance Management Pack (PMP) to a customer site. When we try to run Online Analysis on the monitored server by clicking the status icon under the PF column, it works. However, if we do it the other way, by clicking
Diagnose>Performance Management Pack>Online Analysis , it goes directly to the Systems Management Homepage of the SIM server.
The same thing happens when we try to go to the Monitoring Administration screen. If we click Options > Performance Management Pack > Configuration, it also goes straight to the SMH of the SIM server, so we're not able to configure the PMP settings as well.
Any ideas on how or why this happens and how we can resolve it? Thanks.
