ESXi 4.0 in SIM: System Type unknown

Hello all,
I want to add a ESXi V4 server to the sim 5.3.
But when I discover the sytem: System Type will shown as unknown.

I have installed the hp-esxi4.0uX-bundle-1.3 on the esxi server.

And I have entered the webem login correctly into the sim.

No Provider will show in health status...

What can I do?

Best regards

I think you have to login as root - is that the account you're using?
Run an ID Task and see what the error is.
Not yet rolled 1.3 in, but 1.2 works as expected. Don't forget to subscribe to wbem events.

The login is as user root.

Re: ESXi 4.0 in SIM: System Type unknown

May be it sounds banal, but have you checked that the checkbox "Prevent the Discovery, Identification and Data Collection processes from changing these system properties" is unchecked in the system properties of that ESXi system prior you run a system identifcation?
