HP SIM 5 - event handling/mail

Hello,

i've configured automatic event handling to get mail for all events/ all systems und it works. There is 1 server where SIM get the test trap but i get no mail. Can someone help me?

Assuming you have the automatic task configured to send the alert in the correct situations, I have run into this same issue twice:

1) I incorrectly typed the SMTP address.
2) I used a character other than a comma to seperate multiple email addresses.
