Health Status link not available

On a couple of systems I am monitoring, when viewing the Systems Page, Health Status is not a link. However, if I open a browser and go to the servername:2381 it works. Please helpl

HP SIM gets this information during identification. If re-running identification does not correct this, check to make sure port 2301 (the non-ssl port) also responds.

If HP SIM cannot communicate with http://servername:2301 it cannot obtain this status link.

What version is this as well?
I work for HPE.
