IM Agent will not install

Hi, hopefully someone can help. I have been delegated the task of setting up Insight Management on our server infrastructure and am having great difficulty installing the Insight Management Agent on most of the servers. Virtually all of the support pack installs barring the following:

- HP Version Control Agent for Windows:

Installation failed

- HP Insight Management Agents for Windows 2000/Windows Server 2003:

Installation failed

- HP Lights-Out Online Configuration Utility for Windows 2000/Server 2003:

Installation failed

Does anyone have any ideas? We have a mixture of Win 2k and 2003 servers that the agent fails on. The strange this is, it has installed on a few of our servers without a problem.... Can anyone shed any light on this or point me to the right place such as a log file that will give me some info?

Check to make sure that SNMP service is installed and configured...
