Login problems

I installed SIM 5 sp4 and had my users configured and all was working. I went on and configured the Support Packs in the Repository and then run the Support Pack on the SIM management server Now I can not login. I used the server certificate from the management server to be deployed with the support pack so I would not lose the trust.

Now when I run the command:
"mxpassword -r -x MxDBUserPassword"
This is the results:
