PF - status unknown / license Expired

Hi All,

After I updated to SIM 5 - SP5 and PMP 4.1.1
the PF - status for several servers is unknown. In license Manager I see that all servers are licensed (it only say PMP v 3.0 instead of 4.1.1). In administration it says 2 unreachable licensed servers, and some others have "0" in sample rate.
In pmplog.txt I found :
2006-10-06 09:00:10: server1 - State changed from 0 to 1
2006-10-06 09:00:10: server1 - License Expired - Abort
2006-10-06 09:00:11: server1 - Reschedule in 60 seconds
2006-10-06 09:00:11: server1 - Critical Error
2006-10-06 09:00:21: server1 license expired

I restarted the servers, changed the sample rate and restarted the services, but nothing worked.
Doeas anyone know what to do ?

Hello Jo,

Afaik,this is an on going issue with PMP 4.x

Incase the below mentioned don't work,try PMP 4.2.
