SIM5.1 RSSM/Warranty Management component missing

Greetings!

I've been browsing the SIM forums for answers to my issue but to no avail. I've been trying to get the warranty and contract information to populate into SIM. However, the option for this piece is not available. The RSSM installer is NOT on the desktop, and the Marimba component will not install properly to the server from any of the installer .js files on the management CD.

I've attempted to copy the C:\Program Files\Hewlett Packard\SWMAgent directory from our WMI Mapper server in the DMZ, but when executing the swmui.hta file, I get a script error. It will not proceed past the proxy config, regardless of the field population.

To complicate the process further, I cannot reinstall any components from the management CD, as they show as not available regardless of installation options.

Aside from a complete re-installation of the management system, is it possible to enable this option based on the steps I've taken thus far?
