WMI/RPC fix

Just stumbled on this M$ hotfix for Win2k3 SP1. I haven't tried it, but it certainly looks promising for those of us who experience memory leak like issues with RPC on their SIM servers and have to reboot at least monthly.

I should have known that RPC has been updated since this patch due to all the security issues with it.

I'm planning on opening up a case with MS on this tomorrow.
