Hello,
All windows 2000 servers do not upload server product number in the report.
I have SIM 5.0 installed on windows 2003 server. Is there any issue with WMI on windows 2000?
All my servers do not upload also the product numbers of memory, installed cards...
how can i get this info?

The servers have a 10 digits SN and snmp is working, however i am not able to see the product number of the servers, what about the product number of the pieces attached to the server for example the Smart Array, or the memory. how can i see these P/N ?
