Windows 2003 Serverpack 1 problem

Hi all .

We are facing some proeblem with windows 2003 servicepack1 with COM components.while we are installing sp1 on HP polient 380.we did't overright hardware config file when it prometed to overright.after the complete installation of SP1,we noticed COM+ services failed to start and backup also failed with VSS error.what could be the reson to fail COM+ objects.pls provide some solution.Thanks in advance.

Do you have any event log from you re server?
