custom tool specific user not working
Hi,
I am trying to run a custom tool with specific user "Administrator".
In the tool definition, user account "Administrator" is specified.
When I execute the tool, it runs as the user we created for the HP System Insight Manager service.
Does anyone know why I can't run this tool as user "Administrator"?
Thanks.

Re: custom tool specific user not working
Hi SDB,
Could you please provide more details of custom tool settings like running on CMS or target server, whether you have SSH installed on SIM server and working etc?
Note: all custom tools are launched as SSH script on target device OR SIM server. By default, Administrator is granted SSH access on SIM server (same built in administrator which also has first CMS administrative rights).
Send us the details, and we could be of your help.
Regards,
Ashutosh
