mxdomainmgr.exe high CPU utilization. (Almost took 90-95% CPU) HPSIM 7.2

Hi,

We have upgraded our SIM server from 7.0 to 7.2 and we have around 700 HP prolient servers... all managed systems are reporting well but having CPU utilization issue on our CMS server, so resulting slower performance of SIM server and also some of the process got auto terminated due to high CPU utilization of mxdomainmgr.exe. 

In CMS server, we have already unchecked the "Send Authentication trap" from SNMP service.

If any one has resolution on this issue, please help me...
