ML30 gen9 broke a chip

I have a server, the model is ML30 gen9. When I cleaned the motherboard, I fell on the ground and broke the chip of ME ROM. the chip model is mx25l6473f. Is this chip a BIOS chip? What firmware to upgrade with the chip? thank you.

System board replacement needed if the chip broken on the system board .
