Failover not working with qlogic driver on Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 5)
Hi,
I'm facing issue with qlogic failover on Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 5).
Recently there was a problem with storage port, which caused the lun loss on the server.
Can some one clarify that why the qlogic driver fail over not happened. I have the configuration as below,

Please post the server model, and any errors that occurred. Also details on the qlogic cards.
Is PSP installed (HP branded servers only).
Reading the configuration file does not permit good problem analysis.
