Re:Service name APP_MONITOR is not running.

hi all while starting the package,i am facing below problem:-

cmrunpkg -v -n med1a medapp_pkg(it is showing unable to start the packages,node is not eligible)

and under the etc/cmcluster/medapp_pkg/medapp_pkg_cntl.log file it is displaying the below info:-

Please help me to resolve this problem
