Regarding FS_UMOUNT_COUNT

Hello,

I would like to know regarding 'FS_UMOUNT_COUNT'.

[ENVIRONMENT]
Serviceguard 11.16.03
RHEL ES 3 ,kernel 2.4.21-32

[QUESTION]
- Could you tell me max value for 'FS_UMOUNT_COUNT' ?
Or what number can we set for 'FS_UMOUNT_COUNT' ?

- Is there any demerit if we increase this value ?

Thank you for support and advice.
Best Regards.

Re: Regarding FS_UMOUNT_COUNT

Shalom Minoru,

Have you read this?

http://www.redhat.com/f/pdf/gfs/SGLX_GFS_Customer_Whitepaper.pdf

What it says to me is the default value is -1 as in unlimited.

I'd be hesitant to touch it prior to thoroughly understanding the link above.
