halting script cmcluster.init using init 0

Hello,
As my cluster is working fine and now i need some help regarding script which is cmcluster.init which resides at /usr/local/cmcluster/conf/cmcluster.init, this is scripts usually start , stop the package as well as cluster, as i have copy this script is /etc/init.d/cmcluster.init and make symbolic link at /etc/rc.d/rc0.d the link made as follows:
"ln -s /etc/init.d/cmcluster.init /etc/rc.d/rc0.d/K04cmcluster"

know as my cluster and package is running fine when i use the command cmruncl -v ...after that i not stop the cluster manually and just shutdown by typing the command "init0"...so the scripts works as it stop the package successfully but failed to stop the cluster and gives error and then shutdown the node...

As my question is that i just type init 0 on live and failover node and it start the script and stop the package and also cluster after successfully stoping the package and cluster it shutdown the node... please help me in this regards...

Shalom Muhammad,

This is very easy

The init script points to a startup script in /sbin/init.d/

That script reads a configuration file in /etc/rc.config.d
Change that to stop auto start of SG.

cmhaltcl -f

Will totally stop your cluster.

The init command stops a few other things that make your system somewhat of a brick. It is not necessary.

cmhaltcl will pull a node out of the cluster quickly and easily triggering failover of properly configured applications.
