Unable to find any supported storage hardware (All-in-One SB600c Storage Blade)

We have a All-in-One SB600c storage blade in a C3000. We created two shared folders using the wizard and everything has been working fine. Then suddenly when we tried to create a third shared folder we get an error midway through the wizard "object reference not set to an instance of an object". I noticed in the event viewer the error "Unable to find any supported storage hardware"
Tried to modify the existing folder shares by allocating more disk space, but the options are grayed out. The two shares we created earlier are available though.
Any ideas?
