mediasmart server HP EX490

I have 2 problems with my mediasmart server HP EX490.

1) I am getting the following critical warning : "Your HP MediaSmart Server appeares to have a hardware problem. " The HP MediaSmart Server has some voltages that are critically out of specification.

Voltages : 3.3 V  = 5.099V

                      5 V     = 1.781V

                     12 V   = 1.092V

2)Backup function continues to fail.
