Backup Error - MSL 6000 Series

Hi,
My setup is:
Windows 2003 Server
Tape Drive: MSL 6000 Series
No.of Drives: 2, No.of slots: 28
Media: Ultrium,
Dataprotector software ver.: A5.10, Build 209

And I scheduled the backup sessions.
Since last 2 days the backup sessions are failing.

I am getting the following Report for all the backup sessions:

"Major 02/20/2006 21:49 BSM BackupError " Backup session "2006/02/20-5" of the backup specification "LMS-SYSTEM-Sun", backup group "System-Info-Backup" has errors: 3."

Please help me in rectifying this problem.

I don't see enough details on the errors to guess if this is a system problem or a library hardware problem.

Is the MSL reporting any FSC error in the front panel?

Is this library SCSI attached, or fibre attached?

Can you install HP L&TT (www.hp.com/support/tapetools) and try running a read/write test?
