Change serial number MSL 8096

We are an HP channel service provider.
We need to modify the s/n (shown in OCP or RMI), because (now) it´s different from the chassis s/n.
It happened after we replace the library controller card. By mistake, we kept the serial number from controller instead from robot.

Hi

Only way is to put back the original controller, and wait for the sn choise decision, then select the correct one.

There is no way for customer to change the SN of a MSL library
You need to call HP for that
