Colorado Tape Drive & Win2k
I can not get the Ntbackup utility to work with the colorado 5GB internal tape drive running under win2k server. This used to work in WinNT4.0. Help!

you got the right driver installed ?? (attached)
Although, I would say that we never support the w2k server platform.

Thanks for your response. To answer your question, I downloaded the new drivers for win2000 and installed them. Not sure what is going on with this product and NTbackup. Also I changed the IDE Controller to be PIO mode only. I have read numerous threads here but I can not seem to find the right formula. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I know the drive works on another computer that is running win98SE.
