Data Protector Express 3.5 sp1

Hi
I have a data protector express 3.5 sp1. Some problem I am getting from like programmed schedules run find one day and otther day can not find a media, and the media is there.

Any way I want apply the patch that appear in this link

But some additional products are installed like online database option , disaster recovery etc.

Question , when the the patch is applied can I lost this additional fuctionality
